As with most music from Norway, it seems like you can just feel the landscape in the sounds. Its crisp air, mountains, fjords, and wide spaces are embedded in the culture's artistic DNA, and, ordinarily this translates into an atmospheric sound that's almost always led with rustic-sounding vocals.
