For months now, Arthur Beatrice has been trickling out songs from their debut, Working Out, that has not only created buzz, but has promptly put their debut into album-of-the-year territories. And since this is their debut, you could also consider them one of 2014's breakout groups of the year as well. And while we are quick to praise Arthur Beatrice in the highest regard, it is not without the album that are praise in backed up. The temperament of Arthur Beatrice is best sensed and enjoyed through the majestic ebb and flow that's created through the constant exchange of female and male vocals all over this album. The timbre of Orlando & Ella are similar in the regard or their warm tonality; it forges a seamless transition throughout that adds depth and brilliance to their contemporary sound. In the way a fireplace warms you up in the dead of winter, the music that's contained on this album heats your body from head to toe in a blanket of pure bliss. Top to bottom, Working Out, is a completely flawless body of work. It's not too often we get treated with albums like this, so take your time with it; let it grow, and treat it with the utmost regard of appreciation, because what you give will return back to you tenfold. Our highlights are below. Working Out will be released on February 24th. Working Out
