Ardyn has a lot going on for them despite only having one track out. They're already signed to National Anthem, getting radio play, headlining a show, and on the verge of putting out their debut EP, and the fact that they're receiving as much blog love as they are is going to help their popularity rise fast. Of course, none of this really matters if their music can't match the marketing of it, but we see again with their second track, "Help Me On My Way", that it does. Both debut track "Universe" and "Help Me On My Way" are alternative-tinged indie-pop numbers, but the sophomore piece here has more energy and ambition within. It's very strong all the way around, and it should translate well to the live setting that the band will inhabit soon. Universe comes out November 13. You can pre-order it on iTunes now.
