We know it's easy to draw comparisons between Arctic Lake and another London trio, but we also think Arctic Lake's music should stand on its own. Their newest track, "Further," is as emotional as the rest of the tracks they have put out, yet, here, they settle in a mid-tempo range rather than taking things slow. Carried mainly by piano, the song shows an optimistic side from lead singer Emma, and it shows the band's affinity for electronic with drum kits as well. Surely, it is exciting to have new music from them again, and, following this release, we know there will be a lot more to come.
