If you've yet to come across Approachable Members of Your Local Community, be sure to get familiar soon. The Melbourne indie-pop outfit emerged last year with a name that uses more syllables than you can count. (The moniker pokes fun at the group's makeup of seven white men while commenting on the staggering majority they're part of in the music sphere, overall.) Their playful self-awareness bleeds into their songs, also, and their most recent release here is proof. "Velcro" is a groovy and lackadaisical tune that is pure fun, and, if the band name didn't already, we hope this release of theirs puts a smile on your face when you play it below. It certainly has on ours.
