Anna of the North is barreling toward the release of her debut album, and the duo has been releasing stellar track after stellar track in anticipation of its arrival. "Always" is yet another awesome song off their forthcoming LP, Lovers, and the body of work is shaping up to be one of the year's best in pop. "Always" gives off a more atmospheric, sadder vibe than some of the previous releases from Lovers, but it is recognizably Anna's exuberant pop style. Sad dance tracks are reaching saturation in electro-pop music, but the way Anna serves up "Always" makes it seem as if she's turning the bitter end of a relationship into a celebration, for sure.
