Amy Milner — Have It All

Amy Milner

Have It All

At first glance, Amy Milner might just seem like another hopeful up-and-comer looking to turn some heads with a demo or two, but after you give her first track a listen, you'll quickly realize that there's a lot more substance to her work than what meets the eye. The song itself moves at a slack pace, but Amy's voice carries the track from beginning to end, and once the piano starts to evolve into a more complex composition, "Have It All" develops into a beautiful single with plenty of great sounds to go around. Amy's been getting support form the BBC in the UK, so we're expecting to see her make waves in other areas in the music world as well pretty soon here. It's irrefutable that Amy's got a great start under her belt already, so we'll be watching closely as she continues to put out new material; and, despite its fairly conservative composition, "Have It All" was supremely well-executed. There are little flashes of brilliance here and there throughout that she lets the listener hear, almost as if the single is previewing all the different creative directions she's got up her sleeve for future work. We're definitely ready for them, and though she's only one song on the internet at the moment, it's safe to say shes got our attention, and will probably be building up a strong following within the next year or so, too.
