It’s always refreshing to hear reworks of tracks we would least expect to be reworked, especially if the original turns the clock back to a time when music was on a completely contrasting level. The Orlando-based beatmaker Dromes seems to agree, too, as he takes on Amber’s pop hit from the '90s and gives it some dreamy synth treatment, vintage drumwork, and patterns that are pleasurably unpredictable. Dromes has been leaning towards deep house styles recently, but on this piece, he portrays his potential to maneuver through a completely different style, one we find particularly fascinating.
Amber
