In an increasingly saturated music world, it is easy to lose sight of what originally made us fall in love with music to begin with, and what New Jersey artist Ambar Lucid does well here is take her material back to basics. These compositions feature a delicate voice, understated guitar, and vibrant lyrics and melodies, and, while the ingredients are simple, they are executed in a pure and loving way. It is very early still in Ambar's career, but we are excited to hear what more she's got on the back of these here.
