Los Angeles has been responsible for some great female vocalists lately. Naturally, BANKS' name comes instantly to mind, but now added in that upper-echelon of vocal royalty is the newcomer, ALLISON, who's about to garner some significant buzz off her first original track, "Sail On". Led by seductively muted horns, sparse piano keys, and reverb-heavy percussion ricochets, "Sail On" is the embodiment of beautification with the addition of ALLISON's velvet vocals. As far as polished debuts go, "Sail On" sounds like the work of a veteran. Needless to say, expect big things for and from ALLISON in the very near future.
