Today, Allday continues his promotion on what is shaping up to be an extremely strong sophomore album with "Baby Spiders", a track that features fellow Aussie talent Mallrat. "Baby Spiders", the second-to-last track on the album, holds a more serious tone than most Allday releases, as he somewhat abstractly dissects the collapse of a relationship. Mallrat contributes an entrancing, Siren-like chorus that can be seen as either Allday's subconscious or the female whom he's referring to, and the track truly enters a new realm in the breakdown when Allday admits (perhaps, to himself), "Well, it seems as though my friends were right / you're quite unkind".
