It's quite rare to see an artist return to music after such a long term of absence while maintaining quality inherent to their brand. There are some rare exceptions, however, and one of music's most iconic songstresses, Alicia Keys, is one. Her new single, "In Common", keeps some of the old elements found in her music intact, yet there is a modern twist added in the production that makes it current as it needs to be. Alicia's ever-sultry vibe is showcased very well within the new effort here, and although we're not quite sure where this falls in terms of her rolling anything out, we're hoping the release signals further material ahead.
