We've come to know FKJ (French Kiwi Juice) for his renowned disco-electronic sound, but for his brand-new remix of Alice Russell's, "Hurry On Now", we see the Dutch producer employing a kind of timbre we've not yet heard from him. Gone is the sprightly electronic of old, and in for this new interpretation are mellow synth pads with the long, drawn-out sustain envelopes, coupled with some other accentual synths and funk guitar parts. It's always important to switch styles up to keep people on their toes (and artistry sharp-sounding), and what we're seeing here with the remix is a great example of that.
