Alexander Biggs is a Melbourne-based singer-songwriter we've come across today, and we think his down-to-earth second-ever single, "Out In The Dark" will catch more ears than just ours. Its brand of lo-fi folk has a certain refreshing charm to it, and, though the sound has been done before, we're loving the way it's done here. With the use of a sole acoustic guitar, the production here is as minimal as it gets, but with the addition of the artist's smooth-as-silk vocals, the track evokes a peaceful, lazy, summer campfire feel. The vibes go well with the summer months, so we suggest having this one close for the next several months.
