Akurei's four-month old debut piece, "Hinterland", remains a more-than-polished launch to his vocal-led electronic, and, since, we've been curious to hear where he'd build from it. Well, today now, he has returned with a new single alongside Nico Ghost titled "Floating", and, on it, the Brisbane talent utilizes his already recognizable downtempo beside laid-back, gliding vocals we love. With the further efforts of the aforementioned Melbourne emcee on an outro verse alongside him, the piece coalesces in a sublime way, and, again, it has us ready to hear more.
