Whether you've grown up listening to hip-hop or not, A Tribe Called Quest has always been a legendary act within the genre, and, while they've dropped poignant hip-hop on multiple classic albums over the past two decades, just recently, they've shared one final body of work from their current members (Q-Tip, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, and Jarobi White), We got it from Here... Thank You 4 Your service. Although founding member Phife Dawg tragically passed away in March this year, he was able to record the bulk of his contributions, so we've truly the last-ever album from the group. It's packed with star-studded features, including Busta Rhymes, Kendrick Lamar, Anderson .Paak, André 3000 and a few other big names, and they provide their forward-thinking, contemporary prowess to Quest's signature, lyrically robust bars-on-bars throwback rap . The introductory track, "The Space Program", and the Consequence-featuring "Whateva Will Be", in particular, stood out to us, and, as such, we have them outlined below. After you listen to the featured cuts we have present, head over to Spotify to catch the body of work as a whole. It's a historic contribution from the legendary act, and you'd do well not to miss it at all.
