Bay Area rapper A-1 has been alluding to his Thurlian mixtape for a few years now, and today, it's finally seen its release. The tape spans 14 tracks that features the charismatic rapper wrapping his unique lines over previously released beats from Stwo, Mr. Carmack, Ryan Hemsworth, Kaytranada, Bear//Face, and more. Aside from the Ryan Hemsworth-produced "Summertime Sadness", a track that we featured two years ago, our favourite cut from the body of work is "Lovin U", an iconic track from Stwo, that, up until now, has never had raps on it. A-1 matches the mood of the production perfectly, however, and alongside the vocals of Xiomara, there's a whole new lease of energetic life for the work.
