When we featured 99 Neighbors' debut project, Television, earlier this year, we figured it wouldn't be long before the Vermont-based collective made waves in the industry. Well, it's been announced that they joined Chance The Rapper's manager, Pat Corcoran, in a venture with Warner, and, ultimately, this is going to mean we can expect big things ahead.
